Our Services
Virtual Individual and Family Sessions
Support is not one-size-fits-all. Depending on your needs, I offer clinical occupational therapy services for clients based in California and coaching support nationwide.
Occupational therapy is a clinical service and may be eligible for insurance reimbursement, it requires a referral typically from your primary care provider. Pediatric services are more commonly covered by insurance than adult services.
Coaching is a more flexible, non-clinical service and isn’t covered by insurance. Because it isn’t tied to insurance requirements, coaching allows for a broader scope of focus allowing more individualized and holistic support for day-to-day challenges that may not fit within a clinical framework.
If you’re unsure which option is the best fit, I’m always happy to talk it through with you.
Adult Services
-
Personalized coaching to help individuals build independence, confidence, and everyday life skills by improving planning, organization, time management, and task initiation.
I work with each person to identify personal goals, develop practical strategies, and foster self-advocacy and decision-making skills needed to navigate self-care, cooking, transportation, social situations, school, work, and community life successfully.
-
I help neurodivergent individuals develop practical, personalized strategies to manage stress, regulate emotions, and navigate challenging situations across daily life, school, work, and in community settings. Using a neurodiversity-affirming lens, I teach coping skills, mindfulness techniques, and routines that honor each person’s unique ways of processing experiences, fostering emotional resilience and self-regulation without expecting masking behaviors.
-
Support for neurodivergent individuals in building physical health and functional well-being is a core part of my strengths-based approach. I focus on personalized strategies for movement, exercise, and meal planning that respect each person’s sensory needs, preferences, and abilities. My goal is to help clients maintain energy, prevent injury, and develop routines that promote physical wellness in ways that feel accessible and fulfilling.
Pediatric Services

I help children understand how they experience the world through their senses and how this can affect everyday life—like paying attention at school, feeling comfortable at home, or joining in play and activities.
Together, we identify your child’s sensory preferences and sensitivities, and I introduce practical strategies, tools, and adjustments to help them manage sensory input more easily. We also create sensory-friendly routines and environments that reduce overwhelm and make daily life smoother.
A big part of this work is helping children recognize and communicate what they need to feel comfortable and confident. By building these skills, kids can advocate for themselves in school, with friends, and at home—so they can participate and succeed in a variety of settings.
-
I help children and teens build confidence and independence in everyday routines and life skills. This includes things like navigating morning and evening routines, preparing meals and snacks, and managing homework. Together, we create practical strategies and routines that fit into your child’s day, making life feel smoother and less stressful.
Please note: I do not provide support for toileting or potty training at this time.
-
I help children and families make mealtimes less stressful and more enjoyable. This includes support for picky eating, texture sensitivities, and mealtime routines.
Together, we explore what’s working, what’s challenging, and introduce practical strategies and tools to help kids try new foods, feel more comfortable with different textures, and participate in meals with confidence.
The goal is to create positive, predictable mealtime routines that work for your child and your family, so everyone can enjoy mealtimes more.
Whole Family Support
-
Sessions that involve the family in building skills together, ensuring alignment and supporting growth in everyday routines. Sessions focus on working as a team on skill-building and communication strategies. These sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of everyone in the family, whether empowering a neurodiverse parent, supporting a neurodiverse child, or both. Families learn strategies to promote independence, self-advocacy, emotional regulation, and well-being, while strengthening understanding, connection, and shared problem-solving across the household.
-
Neurodiversity-affirming coaching and guidance for parents and caregivers to help empower the individuals in their care to build independence, life skills, and overall well-being. Collaborative sessions empower caregivers to be active partners in supporting meaningful growth and everyday success.
This includes guidance on breaking down tasks, setting achievable goals, creating routines that foster autonomy, and supporting unique sensory needs, all while honoring each person’s strengths, preferences, and ways of engaging with the world.
